«Helt ok sted, fin beliggenhet, ganske stort trist rom, vi fikk et handicap rom med lav vask og høy do»

«Beliggenhet ca 25min med taxi fra bussterminalen og ca 30 min fra cruiseterminalen. Stort og godt dobbeltrom. Veldig positivt med mulighet for å kjøpe noe å spise etter sein ankomst om kvelden. Enkel, men grei frokost.»

«Very friendly and welcoming owner.»

«Alt fungerte for meg. Veldig fornøyd »

«Good»

«Very noisy until early hours of the morning arguing within the building which was intimidating and frightening. No cups or cutlery in room 1 small hand towel to shower with signage outside very confusing booked for 2 nights only stayed one found other accommodation elsewhere most certainly would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY»

«There was absolutely no point in having a kitchen there were no cooking appliances plates or cups only one fork knife and spoon the kitchen was a complete waste the property if ur staying for multiple nights was not advisable»

«Worst place ever»

«Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men ...

«The rooms are a good size there a multiple bathrooms ans toilets which is good 1 could do with a bit of work but overall there was a microwave in kitchen to warm your food and place was also lovely and warm and a sink in room was good. Nice location aswell near the shops especially if you want a takeaway and a big supermarket nearby also the transport networks are really good or go on foot 40 minutes walking but quite a nice town also has lots of history»

«I had a terrible experience...»

«As a student it better than nothing because it closer to my training center. Also they need to make details available time rather than waiting for guests to phone them and request for it when check in.»

«Wifi not working. Hot water never come in taps and room hitting not working properly»

«Rubbish place to stay»

«A nice room and good location for public transport into Southampton by Train or Bus. Convenient Co-Op and choice of take away food shops. I felt that some small changes would have raised my score, including: Toilet Seat properly fixed. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 2 people, including glasses, desert spoons (there were none) dinner plates. TV (there is an aerial socket) Toaster Small changes, make a big difference.»

«It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!»
