«It was a lovely stay. Great hosts. I’m not sure that the listing is entirely clear…it is an 2nd floor apartment created within the historic Edwardian home. The unit was modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is one closed bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen/living area where there is a lofted twin bed. The owners are in the process of making improvements (new locked gate, window repairs needed), so if you’re ok with using AC and not windows, the stay is comfortable. The outside of the home ...

«Eugene and Natalie you both are incredible hosts and we are so delighted with our stay at your Eichler home. The property is beautiful, we were immediatley greeted by deers! «Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. Would love to stay here again!!!»

«If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!»
