New to Airbnb for 2024, this recently renovated large family house is situated in Upton Grey, one of the most exclusive villages in North Hampshire. Set in a peaceful plot with plenty of parking and ample garden space, yet a few minutes walk from the local pub and village shop. The house has been stylishly decorated using beautiful fabrics and furnishings with modern finishing.

A spacious 5 bedroom detached family house with beautiful gardens and impressive eat in kitchen and dining area, offering ample space to entertain both indoors and outdoors. The house can sleep up to 8 guests and is the ideal spot for a extended family getaway or to relax with friends in the countryside.

The house has the convenience of the village and its amenities and overlooks the countryside with beautiful walks and bike rides on your doorstep. There is one of the best country gastro pubs in Hampshire 5 minutes walk away called The Hoddington Arms as well as a village shop which has a coffee shop and a well stocked freezer of Cook Ready meals.


Our house is in the heart of a popular village in Hampshire set within 1 acre of beautiful mature gardens, there is a private gated driveway with space for 6 cars. To the rear of the house is a large patio and dining area with 1 x Weber BBQs (charcoal), a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the garden and an outdoor dining table. For the kids there is a trampoline, two good sized football goals, table tennis table and a croquet set.

The house is set up for entertaining with a large open plan kitchen inc a table that seats 8 comfortably as-well as a breakfast bar seating 2. All modern kitchen appliances (NEFF oven etc)There is also a new teak furniture set outside table that seats 12 people comfortably and new comfortable rattan furniture seating 8 people, so multiple entertaining options.

There is a media/games room complete with a large sofa, Sky TV and a cinema screen with 46 inch LG TV and an X BOX. There is a more formal living room with two large sofas, an open fire place and a 40 inch Samsung TV with Sky.

The house has SKY Q throughout as well as access to Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime on the TV in the media room and living room.

There is a study area for dedicated working.

The house can sleep up to 8 guests across 5 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a queen size double bed. There is another large queen size double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are 3 additional large bedrooms and a second family bathroom. If you require additional guests we can provide extra bedding if required.

The house also has a downstairs WC, utility room with Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upton Grey is 40 minutes from Heathrow Airport.

You will have access to the whole house and garden, there is no part of the house that is shared. There is just a small room which we don't give access to.
