You get what you pay for…sort of. Listing is very misleading and photos make things look MUCH better than they really are. Customer service is mostly non existent. Trying to get a taxi or Grab from property is very difficult. Dirty, run down facility. Air does work good as does hot water. So that’s a plus. No coffee pot in room and non offered in lobby until 8am so if you wake up early you have to walk and find a 7-11 Pay extra and stay elsewhere.

The old woman staff is impolite, we make a reservation for queen bed and go to check-in after 2 PM for 4 hours but she said the queen bed room is not available and if we need that room we need to wait 1 more hour. And she gave us 2 choices to pay for a deposit, by cash and online payment but we have no cash and need to pay by online but she said she isn’t convenient bc it’s complicated when she pay back, she prefer cash So we need to walk like 2 km. to withdraw cash for her. But when we get back. we found men staff who have more service mind and make us more comfortable.

Check-in was outside in the hotel garage at old wooden desk. Hotel room telephones have been disconnected . Soap in room was one piece about the size of half dollar US.. Room hot and poor air Conditioning. Checked-in and 20 minutes later checked-out headed for another hotel. Have lived in Thailand for over 10 years and this is the first time I have felt unsafe.

El hotel muy limpio y el personal extremadamente amable y servicial. considero que el hotel esta muy bien para el precio que pague. Como parte negativa debo decir que esta del otro lado del Sathorn Pier, por lo que esta un poco alejado de las zonas para recorrer o simplemente para buscar donde cenar.

Not too bad for the price you pay
Staff were quite inefficient, check in took a long time and there was a fly over right in front of the hotel. Hard to get taxi as it is on a small alley way. Room was decent size but building quite dated.

Tolles Hotel, super nette Angestellte die immer sofort da sind wenn man etwas möchte und helfen gerne. Hotel liegt 10 Minuten fußläufig von der Hauptstelle der Taxi Bote entfernt oder ist gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen (zur Zeit leider eine Baustelle an der Haltestelle, daher mit Koffern etwas anstrengender) jeder Zeit wieder

Affordable and not far from food and restaurant.
Nice and quiet, staffs are very polite, food is fine. Towels are clean beside they're a bit old. Shower head will not spray to our body unless we hold it.

Excellent cost performance
Hotel staff are quite kind and friendly. They are also polite. Room facilities are basically good except for internet connection. Wifi service is sometimes quite slow even when we switch the host wireless router (SSID). Interestingly, the room is also equipped with wired internet connection and this seems to be much stable during my stay. In the summer season, it is quite hot and humid and thus the temperature goes much higher. We definitely need to use the air conditioner. It worked well while it takes time to cool down the room after we switch on the air conditioner. The location is a bit uncomfortable. It is located in an island-like block, separated by the traffic roads. If you try to reach the hotel from Krung Thon Buri sky train station, you have to pass across the very crowded roads twice. If you have a big luggage, you should make a detour and go to a pedestrian crossing. However, the hotel is very close to the shopping mall, which is called Sena Fest if I remember correctly. It is located beyond the sky train and highway; you can go there by first turning to the left at the entrance of the hotel and then turn right to go under the bridge of the sky train and highway. The mall accommodates restaurants and a supermarket, and thus was quite helpful for my survival. I got drinks and food and keep them in the refrigerator, which was available in each room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Thank you very much for comments. We are more than appreciate for sharing useful information. As of now, the Icon Siam,newest Bangkok Landmark, has opened near our hotel. We would suggest you to explore this mega department store. From hotel, you can walk there about 10-12 minutes. Moreover, new Monorail Line connected the nearest BTS (Sky Train) Station would be projected to finish in next year 2019. Thus, from our hotel,going anywhere via BTS, boat, and cars even walking are very comfortable. Once again, we would like to thank for selecting our hotel for this stay. We would do our best to achieve your smiles .

Spacious and clean rooms
The room was quite spacious ( deluxe room ). Try to get the rooms located to the rear side of the building. The room was clean and in a good condition. The building was probably recently renovated. Overall good value for money but if you want to stay close to major places it is not that great.

Hotel is in new condition to most, not far from cbd, access by rail which is within walking distance, offers a different side as across river. plenty parking. Willing to please.

A nice cosy place to stay
For the price that we paid, it was pretty affordable. Went to BKK with my family and extended family total 12 of us and we like the walking distance from the inn to the river taxi and BTS (after taking the ferry across the river Be prepared for mainland tour groups that stays over in this Inn besides that the Inn is ok for the price paid.

Bad service bad experience
I am unable to give any comment on the room as I was not given a room upon check in because they were running full and I was told by front desk that they could not locate my booking even after I produced my booking confirmation. I was offered move to another hotel in another branch but I have to drive 20 mins and it was further away from the city. It was the oldest hotel among all the 3 branches they have. I requested to move to their sukhumvit branch since it has the same room rate but was turned down, reason being they only allow "walk over" to the nearest branch. Frankly speaking given a choice why would I want to choose a hotel that is far away from city, no bts station nearby, old building with old furniture and stinky carpet at the corridor. I am not sure who is at fault, hotels.com or sales person at the hotel but to avoid any disappointment again I will not want to book with hotels.com in future as I have no issue with other booking engines before. To add on to the bad experience, the manager at the front desk didn't even want his staff to have the bell boy to walk us to our car. Although I'm not thai but I do speak thai. I was just too tired to argue with them after a long day. To summarise all, bad service and bad experience.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was excellent, very like a premier Inn. Very clean, room service was very reasonable, staff very nice and very helpful. Is very near to bts station so easy to get around Bangkok. Would definitely recommend
