«My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned.
The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. When I called about it they only authorized 20,000 points.
Don’t clean the room nor keep their word. That’s a double wammy in my ...

«We liked our stay. I would stay here again. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows and blankets. I would say the showerhead probably needs to be replaced at this point otherwise the room itself is nice. My complaints were that our TV remote batteries were dead and they couldn’t find new ones so we just had to unplug our TV from the HDMI or whatever. The bedside lamp was also missing its light bulb so that was unfortunate and about 7 or 8 AM I had called the front desk to ask ...

«We loved our stay at Cherry Warehouse and would return. Received detailed instructions for parking and entry. Lovely room that felt like we were in a studio apartment, not a hotel room, with very comfortable bed and bedding. Enjoyed the rooftop patio, appreciated the Nespresso in the common area, the decor and art books all made it a special place to stay. Good location, walking distance to National WWI Museum and the free Kansas City Streetcar. Great breakfast at The Garage across the street.»
