«We had great communication with the host from start to finish, which made the booking process easy and pleasant. The apartment itself was very nice and actually looked even better in person than in the photos. The only downside was the service during the host’s absence — without going into details, this is the one area that cost them a star. That said, we still had a wonderful time and didn’t let this affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.»
