Welcome to our charming villa in Alcudia, located in the exclusive residential area of Alcanada!

This beautiful holiday chalet offers you a unique experience with stunning sea views and all the amenities needed for unforgettable holidays. With three cosy bedrooms - two with double beds and one with two single beds - there is more than enough space to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends. The spacious living-dining room, designed for comfort and conviviality, is the perfect place to relax or enjoy moments in good company. Additionally, the two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, offer the necessary comfort for all guests.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the garden or on the terrace, while being enveloped by the sea breeze and the soft murmur of the sea. For barbecue lovers, we have a built-in barbecue ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor meals under the warm Mallorcan sun.

Outside, the property has a private pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying moments of relaxation in the Mallorca sun. You will also find comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture, inviting you to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

The villa's location is unbeatable for golf lovers, as the prestigious Alcanada Golf Club is just a few minutes away. And if you prefer to explore local history, the charming centre of Alcudia, with its impressive medieval walls, is just a five-minute drive away. You can stroll through its picturesque cobbled streets and enjoy the authentic essence of the city.

Of course, we cannot forget the nearby beaches, which offer crystal-clear waters and white sands, being some of the most spectacular and coveted in Mallorca.

The chalet also has air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 to ensure your comfort throughout the day.

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
