«This place is top notch. The property is extremely well maintained. The staff is exceptional, most notably the Entertainment Staff - Ivan, Enrique, Axel amd Miguel, the Pool servers- Chucky, and the Restaurant staff - Ivan at Himitsu. These staff members go above and beyond. All amenities are centrally located. Delicious food options, especially the Japanese Restaurant and the room service is the best we have ever had - French Toast, Avocado Toast. The spa waa lovely. Diana gave me the ...

«We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves. This was both of our first stays at an all inclusive resort and we liked how easy it was. The pools were awesome, I loved how there were 3 + the VIP pool that we got access to with staying in the suite. Honestly the photos do not do us justice. The only reason we stayed here was due to the wedding, we would’ve picked a different place based on the photos alone, but it’s actually gorgeous in person. The cliff side location is ...

«I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.»
