Overall great experience. Brenda helped me plan my engagement, from the dinner reservation, to the surprise photographer, to the room decoration. Very attentive room service, we were checked up on every 3-4 hours to see if we needed anything. You could either call or place your order in the app which makes it convenient. Depending on the order, it usually took 25-50min for an order. It’s not a loud party resort, but still fun. When you get to the lobby/shop area, you do notice more attentiveness to white people than minorities. While waiting for my car, I called a young tall male with slick back hair 3 times and he completely ignored me, even walked past me. That’s one of the only complaints from the whole stay. Room service excellent (food is fine), house keeping excellent, cleanliness at the resort is excellent. If you want to eat somewhere nice outside of the resort, I do recommend Tamarindos, only a couple minutes away. Would book again! Food 4/5 Staff 5/5
