«We stayed at the Riu Palace Peninsula for our honeymoon 5/22/24 to 5/26/24 and it was exceptional; we had to stay an extra night. The staff was amazing, customer service was excellent. Truly a beautiful and clean resort with countless food options. My husband is also a food critic and he had no complaints. We will definitely be staying at the Riu Palace Peninsula the next time we visit Cancun with our family or a private getaway for us. »

«We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our visit. We had a beach front room and enjoyed time watching the sea for hours in peace. There are a lot going on around the pools, to much for our taste, the noice and pushy staff was troubling. Since we had beach front room, the room was much more quiet during the day. «Når vi ankom rommet, så var det veldig stram muggen lukt på våre rom. Våre venner fikk annet mer tilfredsstillende rom, men vi ble flyttet til et muligens ennå verre illeluktende rom. Personalet gjorde sitt ytterste, men greidde ikke å gi oss tilfredsstillende rom. Denne muggenlukta ligger i klærne ennå tross vask. Veldig fuktig på rommet. Jeg la inn en skinnveske i skapet når jeg kom, og tok den ut når jeg skulle dra. Da var den grønn av mugg. Dette fikk jeg skyllt og vasket av.»
