To say I left a piece of my heart in this valley would be an understatement. I'm glad I was able to call this place home for a time.
Summer sunsets never last long enough when you time them but this one is a sunset I'll never forget.
The lovely blueish tinted mountains in Shenandoah National Park. You can see where the "Blue Ridge Mountains" got their name. The park is famous for Skyline Drive, which runs the length of the park along the mountain ridge and has several vista points all along it. #virginia #mountains #shenandoah #blueridgemountains
