I would like to share my honest opinion about our stay. My first message on our arrival was not really intended as a complaint. I was simply a little disappointed that the queen-size beds were smaller than I expected, especially as we were three adults staying for 10 days. I had expected one of the beds to be a king-size bed, which would have been more comfortable for two adults. What really impressed us was the hotel’s quick and positive response. Only about an hour after my message to Expedia, a lovely member of the hotel management came to our room, explained the choice of beds and offered us an extra single bed and an additional wardrobe, without any extra charge. We truly appreciated this kind and professional response. I would also like to apologize to the hotel management for my initial message. Perhaps we simply had different expectations regarding the bed sizes. Most importantly, the staff throughout the hotel have been absolutely fantastic — at reception, housekeeping and especially in the restaurant during breakfast. Everyone was so friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall, my family and I have had a wonderful 10-day holiday here. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would be very happy to return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.
