«Everything was awesome!!! Beautiful place, fantástic view. The most friendly start! The room was always spotless-cleaned twice a day. The food was really good, for all tastes. Very enjoyable entertainment. And the view…the most beautiful ocean I have seen. I will definitely go back some day!»

«We have traveled over the holidays twice to Iberostar Del Mar Cancun. We find it to be clean, food options are great. Accommodations for gluten free and vegan are becoming more available. The tropical environment of the resort is fantastic. But what makes this place so special, is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and make you feel like family. Highly recommend. The on sight nightly shows and lobby activities make it fun. »

«Very nice hotel but unfortunately we got food poisoned after a romantic dinner at the beach. We experienced that the staff members did not believe us when we told what happened and they denied that it could have been the food - even though the sickness started precisely at the same tame 2 hours after that dinner for both my wife and I.»

«The staff was incredible and the food was fantastic! The room was good - I found two things which weren't optimal: We had to call the front desk to have them disable the auto room power off feature(s); that system was annoying. We were watching TV and the whole room shut off because someone wasn't moving/walking around the room. Secondly, and most important, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong, at all. It would have been nice to have more water pressure than there was.»
