«We had a wonderful and relaxing time the entire stay. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming. Pool is excellent with tons of activities. Gym and work out class are great to start the day. Foods are great but wish there are more Mexicans foods selections. Overall, we love it and will come back. »

«Just returned from Cancun. the Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff are very helpful. I love the beach at Riu Penninsula. Its a beautiful area, super clean, white sand beach and clear water. We had all inclusive package. The Italian restaurant is a must go to. All 4 restaurants offer excellent service and menu. «The Royal Sands was the perfect medium sized all inclusive. Super clean, good food and the rooms are huge! As you may or may not know the ocean in the hotel zone is pretty rough, but being that Royal Sands has sister resorts, we were able to take free shuttles to Royal Cancun where the water is much calmer for my 6 year old. «So we were celebrating our honeymoon so it was beautiful view and friendly workers. Gave us activitys. that was exciting and amazing good deal to. The ride from airport to get to hotel wasn't good at all. The rental fell through so we waited a hour to find a way to hotel . Out plan ride home was upsetting but they did reassign us which was reassuring. Do to us never travel out of the state I was upset crying ready to see my kids.»

"Bodde i 7.etg. og hadde utsikt mot havet. Flott stor balkong med en solseng. Veldig fin strand rett utenfor hotellet. Kjøleskapet vårt virket ikke, så vi ba om nytt og det fikset de samme dag. Fikk litt variert påfyll med håndklær. Jeg liker et stor, et mellom og et lite til fjes. Måtte spør etter dette flere ganger under oppholdet. Ellers var det bra. God frokost. "
