The property comprises:

A living room with TV and sofas, a well appointed kitchen, three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The living/dining room also has a sofa bed.

The property sleeps up to twelve people.
A pre-arrival rental contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made. Parking is on street.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the first floor with Bedroom 4 on the ground floor accommodating sofa beds to provide another social room if desired.

There is a full size bathroom and a separate shower room.

Once booked with us you will receive an electronic contract for signature. The property is in a busy area of York. On street parking is on a first come first served basis on nearby streets not directly outside the property for which guest passes may be available, varying seasonally through the local authority.

As this is in a residential neighbourhood we ask that guests do not play music between 10.30pm and 7.30am, and use outside areas quietly during these hours.
