The bed was uncomfortable; it made it difficult to sleep. Worst night of sleep in a hotel for us in a long time. The bathroom soap and shampoo dispensers are squeeze bottles that you have to full-hand squeeze to get anything out; these are bottles that many other people have touched, it's not a sanitary way to get your soap. The breakfast was lacking quite a bit. I appreciate that they did have a breakfast offered, thankfully it was included with the room as free is about the right price for what they offered. The clerk who checked us out was not very personable and didn't present very professionally. Now, the good things,...the hotel looks new and very clean. Parker was well lit and right next to the door. Their lobby connivence items for sell were well stocked and had a big variety. The pool table in the lobby added a bit of fun. Our room was bigger than expected, and the TV was the largest we have seen in a hotel room in a long time. The blackout curtains worked well. Location directly across from the Mayfair outdoor mall.
