«The bed was not hard enough, sleeping on it was very painful for my lower back as it does not have enough support . No slippers neither»

«Great for a quick sleep in a great part of the city. Friendly staff too»

«Very nice place and is well maintained. The light rail can be a little noisy at time because of the loudspeaker telling you where the light rail is going next. Starts early and goes late into the night. Food was good and staff very helpful.»

«Guest relations went above and beyond, the room was set up very nicely, and the floor with the hot tub, spa, pool, gym (all with astounding cityscape views) was absolutely impeccable.»

«Clean room clean bathroom»

«This hotel is so charming! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Local coffee and water always available in the lobby was super nice. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Our room was a decent size, had a specious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Location is great for walking around downtown. Lots of spots to eat, drink and shop nearby. My only word of warning is this is an old building and the elevators are slow and quite loud when the doors open and close. We sleep with a noise machine so ...

«Very pleasant stay! The giant wall mirror directly in front of the bed was a little sus and off-putting, but otherwise a great experience. I did see a homeless woman pooping in the street from my window, but such is life. 5/5!»

«No hot water !!!!!! And you denied a 1 night refund !!!»

«Unfortunately, a little noisy - you could literally hear other bathroom's water running. Hotel provided ear plugs, which was appreciated but still you could hear doors in the hallway closing. Overall cleanliness, it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been - as there was still a plastic straw in the trash can and a strand of hair in the middle of the shower. But overall, conveniently situated in the Pearl District with walking distance to many things.»
