They put me in a handicap room and the sink stopper was broke couldn’t use sink. Water was turned off for a hour while I was in shower Funny smell in entire hotel. Staff lied to me about moving me to another room and discounting my stay and 2 days later in was told they won’t gone discount or change my room

The plants by the pool were nice. The room floors seemed very dirty, rust all in the bathroom. The shower water knob wasn't attached to the wall. Black shiny goo was adhered to the window curtins. Flat pillows, scratchy bed linen. Very small bath/ pool towels. This hotel needs a major makeover.

I like the location. Did not like that we checked in at 3:20, just to have to wait almost a whole hour so they could finish cleaning our room! We wanted to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub but couldn’t being that unattended children were jumping in and out of the hot tub. Wife and were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Made our evening start very disappointing. We had some issues in our room as well.

The only hotel that when you show up to pay the price that you found online then they suprise you with a 100 deposit fee thay is refundable. But it's just incase you break anything. Unhappy with the facilty payed for two queen beds had full sizes instead. I would add photos of the hotel room if i could the balcony railing wasnt attached to the wall . The only plus side they had was just the swiming area other than that would not recommend at all.

It was a decent stay. Though I had hoped for the price we would have had a working hair dryer and the ceiling not crumbling above us. Pool was nice though. Except for at 3AM when people were swimming and being loud.

There was loud music and loud people at the pool for hours last night until 10:30, when it closed. They started the loud music again before 9:30am today. I don't recommend poolside rooms if you have young childreno or children sensitive to loud noise. The noise was reported multiple times last night. If you don't address issues like this, it could get out of control. Please do better.

Front desk staff were all very pleasant and efficient. Room had clean sheets, ok bed and clean bathroom. Car theft in hotel parking night before our stay. Double homicide across the street. Overall was not bad. The sink was clogged and stayed clogged all weekend. The beds were very uncomfortable. The hotel was very accommodating to pets. That was a plus. The Hot Tub was not hot. I was a manager there when it was Holiday inn for 8 years. It has changed alot since then. The pool was like i remembered it to be. We had 3 adults and 2 kids when we asked for clean towels they would only give us 3 when we had 5 people. Will not stay there again. Not worth the price we paid.

I booked a king bed for my spouse and I to have a Valentine’s Day away and when I got the the location the room was no longer available, I understand maintenance issues and overbooking but I asked if I could pay to upgrade just to enjoy the night and the associate just laughed and said the only option were full size beds in a cramped little room.

The property is not upkept compare to when i stayed there a few years ago. The towels were dirty, the hot tub was dirty, and we didn't even know until the bubbles went off and saw it grey then we went to take a shower cause of it the water wasn't even hot. Other then that staff is friendly and polite. We reserved a king size and someone gave our room away and they apologize a million times which wasnt a big deal.

Booked a girl's trip here. The hot tub had actual gritty sand in the bottom of it, was cloudy, and did not warm up. The pool room was not adequately heated either. The towels felt like sandpaper and wee hilariously undersized. The shower was not stocked with soaps either. The heater made and awful squealing noise all night and also had to be on or off - the auto mode did not work. Very unhappy with my stay will not be returning. Front desk seemed overwhelmed and was not present for morning checkout.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible! The beds were extremely uncomfortable and worn out, the hotel itself was not well kept. There was a large hole in the bathroom door, the shower was nasty, the bathroom fan would make a horrible sound when you turned the light on, and the toilet wouldn’t flush every time. The quality of this hotel has really gone downhill compared to previous stays. The pool was okay but the hot tub was NASTY! The hallways frequently smelled like pot and we were just not impressed overall.

They didn't have the room that we booked. You could clearly hear all traffic and the TV in the room next door. The hallway to the room was well lit even though it wasn't in good condition, but the turn in the hall from our room was dark and scetchy.

I love this property and have since it was the Ramada. I often do staycations and come relax. The only issue I have is the motel next door is full of hoodlums and lots of bad. I also miss the restaurant upstairs or at least the breakfast. And I wish they offered long term stays like an extended stay because I’d definitely book. Hell I’d work there just to sleep there. I’m always so relaxed and I can even bring my niece to swim because it’s indoors.
