«Unfortunately we arrived to an inaccessible balcony as they were renovating. At checkin there was no initial advisement of shutting down the pool for the entire week so that we could have at minimum took advantage of it before it closed. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.
