Tried to give 3.5 stars.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. The pool and hot tubs are very good. The condo was clean. The living room is VERY spacious, we had the sofa bed out the whole time, still had plenty of room left. We loved the bench and the cloth hangers at the foyer. Walking distance to the gondola was 9 minutes for us, reasonable. The garage was very nice.
Cons: The traffic was very noisy at night, The heating system was unusually extremely loud. The ductless kitchen fan was definitely not filtering anything. The toaster was not working. The dish washer had a puddle of water in it when we arrived. We used the dish washer four times, it was leaking a bit every time. And one time it stopped working right in the middle of cleaning. The toilet chain for flushing broke, I connected it back, it came apart again, and again.... (This is an easy fix with some simple tools. But the dishwasher probably needs to be replaced).
More utensils, more cloth kitchen towels, some bowls and wooden spatulas would nice.
