«We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I ...
