The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold outline, and only putting large refundable deposit in small letters below. which are covered by the "accept cookies" screen. Once in the room there was a odd smell in it, the sofa bed was somewhat stuck and wouldnt close without extra help forcing it in. There was no extra sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. There is only once trash can in the room, it was a small one in the bathroom. The closet hardware was held together by painters tape. Finally, the upstairs inhabitant could be clearly heard as they dropping things and ran around all night. Finally the bed and sofa bed had small stains on it. For a one night stay it was decent but I wouldnt return again.
