«This is a beautifully renovated property with lovely bay view from the cute rooftop deck. The whole house was super clean. The hardwood floors throughout are very nice, but we liked that the bedrooms themselves have carpeting. There is also a comfy front porch and a back yard with bistro tables, so plenty of outdoor space for everyone. Make sure you have dinner at Angelo's, which is walking distance. «Very clean and relaxing. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of room to hang out when we had time. Marcus was quick to respond when we had a question. Recommend this oasis home to anyone. Would definitely come stay here again if we did not come back.»

«the location was nice in that you can see the water, the house is in need of updates. there was a stale smoke smell, paint cans in one of the bathrooms that were dangerous if a child got into them. the bedrooms were comfortable and served the group. The central air was barely working. There were no beach towels as the org listing stated when I booked. NIce coffee shop and breakfast in walking distance.»

«Other than cleanliness, two things are very important when we travel -- a comfortable bed and a good shower. This property had both. We also liked the proximity of wonderful seafood restaurants within a 30 minute drive (favorite was Oyster Creek in Leed's Point). Smithville was a fun place to visit.»

«Great space. Host was very accommodating and gave us all info we needed ahead of time. Responded quickly to questions and checked in to see if we needed anything. Only thing I would suggest is a later checkout time. 10am is kinda early but still 10/10 experience.»
