«Check in was quick and easy and the room was exactly as advertised. Buffet breakfast every morning was great and fresh brewed coffee was available all day. The gazebos behind the hotel on the bay were clean and well kept.»

«I booked a room at the New Sea Breeze Motel last evening and I cannot believe that you have this place as an option. I have photos to share if you'd like. My room was next to a dumpster. «I absolutely loved it. Checking in was actually the BEST part. The young woman was a delight !!!! She was so so sweet and helpful and made sure to place us on a high story with amazing views and I told her it was a special get away .. and she really was listening and went above and beyond. «Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay.»

«On a general basis its a really cool hotel and on the surface it's beautiful, but when you look closer it's really old and worn now, and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpet was ducktaped together, smells of weed everywhere, and the furniture was absolutely filthy and disgusting. We had to get an extra sheet just to cover the sofa so we could sit in it. «I was wrongly charged almost $800 on my account thankful I saw it because when I called they couldn’t tell what it was from or why. They charged me a no show as well because they put the wrong dates in for my stay. It’s a bit expensive as well for what it’s I guess it’s the location. We won’t be staying here again just because of all of the hassle and charges on my account»
