«Overall: Fabulous! Warm and cozy atmosphere, serviceminded and friendly staff.
Didn't have time to eat dinner at the restaurant, but the breakfast was awesome. Several choices of cooked breakfasts, in adddition to a small buffet.

«The room was great and cosy, the restaurants, bars and lounge areas are so comfortable and well maintained. The spa is to live for, great swimming pool, sauna and steam, the relaxation room is the best, silent scented and cosy. I’ll definitely come back!»

«The Staff were amazing, helpful and patient. I had to extend the stay for one evening but was unable to do this on the app. I booked a separate room for the additional night and the staff kindly allowed me to use the same room for the whole week! They were polite every time.I spoke to them»

«If you are going to Windsor, this is THE hotel to YOU have to stay at. We were here for two nights and we were able to walk around the town shopping, we looked at the castle, which is literally just across the road. Cafes, restaurants, clothes shops, pubs, bookstore are within walking distance. The hotel has many beautiful seating areas around the quiet reception. The service is very pleasant and helpful, and we found the whole area to be that way. And the hotel is only 15-20 minutes from ...
