«Lovely. The website/photos don't do it justice. Double bed was comfy and good set of pillows. It was near freezing when we arrived, but the room had been warmed nicely. There was a guide for places to eat, what to do and so forth. Breakfast was excellent, cooked really well and to order. One morning I was out during breakfast, but the left out cereal and other things like Yogurts, Pain au Chocolat etc. I would 100% recommend staying here, quiet too. «Staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. I was checked in and served in the bar by a young man whose name I didn't get, but he said he was supporting from the Bedford hotel. He was super helpful despite not being 100% familiar with the hotel and did his best to answer my questions about parking etc. »

«Friendly staff, been a few times here now and the friendly, helpful chef now knows us so that’s nice. Had a room upgrade which was really lovely so room bigger, bed bigger and really comfy, shower big enough to get at least 6 people in, will consider an up grade in future. »

«We stayed for 7 days at this hotel and we were not satified with the service. when we ordered food from the room service menu, an additional charge of £3.5 was added to bring the food to the room! The restaurant was used for other arrangements and it was not possible for guest to make dinner reservations. The distance from the reception to the room was very long, as we stayed on the other side of the football stadium.»

«We arrived with my family of four. Lovely stay with a very halpful personel. We have added breakfast and it was good. They have pretty good place with view in the breakfast area. Small pool but enough for our children and us. Easy to find and about 15 minutes drive if you are visiting Harry Potter Warner Bros. There are few good places around to explore. »
