«There was an awful odor on the second floor that I’m sure was coming from someone’s room but it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We overpaid and were told we were discounted. Finding out that others paid $40 less for their room. The upside is that it is conveniently location and close to food places etc.»

«Staff was helpful. A bit outdated in rooms but a good quiet location.»

«The Rec room was more than adequate with clean weights plus equipment, with 24/7 access. Room was clean and more than enough towels. Quiet rooms and halls a bonus. Would definitely stay here again when in town for a Davidson College event!»

«I was pleasantly surprised how nice everything was for the price. everything was clean, everyone was friendly. They had a welcome reception with free food and drinks which were very tasty. the restaurant/bar was very cozy and fun for hanging out. Wait times in between food and drinks was a little long because they seemed short staffed- but the server was still very friendly and we weren't in a hurry since we didn't have any plans afterwards. Didn't get to use the gym or pool, so can't comment on ...

«Delayed checkin with housekeeping running behind almost an hour, but all else went well.»

«Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns.»

«We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P»

«Dee was excellent at checking. Also kind explaining heat/air when I was confused. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, it was one of the best supplied, cleanest breakfast I have encountered in recent years. I expressed my appreciation to Robin in the breakfast area as we watched her clean, stock and restock while we ate. Morning front desk attendants were also helpful providing a forgotten toothbrush and paste. This was one of the best overnight stay we have enjoyed in quite some time!»

«Topp hotell - grei beliggenhet.»

«Kom frem til hotellet sent på kvelden og fant ut at hotellet var under bygging. Andre hoteller i området var fulle, og det hele ble en særdeles kjedelig opplevelse. Booket hotellet som vanlig på hotels.com, fikk bekreftelse og betalte som vanlig.»

«This is a very nice hotel to stay in. The staff is friendly and helpful, even when we were running a little behind for check out. The off-street gated parking is very convenient for all the rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner options. Will definitely book a room here again.»
