My vehicle was broken into and items stolen. The security cameras are a joke after talking with the Manager Denise. Also, after talking to the police as to how many times they are called out for this same issue as mine. The next day the police was back there again for vehicle damage that happened over night. Only one security guard that is pregnant to watch this facility.
The security guard was parked in front where I parked my vehicle but didn't see anything. I was told security is there from 10pm to 6am and even the guard stated they usually leave around 5:45 or 5:50 am each morning.
With this many incidents happening why this facility don't take vehicle make, model, and tag numbers when checking in. I was not notified of anything about my vehicle until I went to it the next day around 11am and I had parked it the night before around 10:45 pm.
The motion sensor camera system is definitely invalid for this area with the amount of crime rate I was informed about within the last 24 hours of my visit.
