«Stayed in the room for the night, didn’t get to go out. Room was decent and clean. Pillows could have been bit more firmer. This is an aparthotel so all you get is the room. The room had no amenities like coffee maker/hot water/ironing board etc. though there was a hair dryer. There is a black coffee and hot water machine at the lobby. For snacking, there is a vending machine downstairs and most of them $3. Lobby had a display board to try Peloton bike at their gym but the bike’s screen wouldn’t ...

«Great location, helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located in Birch Bay so everything you want is within walking distance. Beach Cat Brewery and The Beach bar are right beside the hotel for great eats, beverages and live music. The beach is literally across the street. Our one bedroom suite was large and had a full, well equipped kitchen with partial ocean view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. »

«Loved the convenience of having the dishwasher, microwave, etc! Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged that within 2 minutes of your shower you were standing in a couple inches of water. Other than that very clean room, building and comfy bed. Shout out to the sound machine, without that it was so quiet in the room/building I couldn’t fall asleep. Would definitely stay again and look for Sonder in the next city we visit! »

«It was a really sweet area, perfect walking distance from some good lunch spots, beautiful gardened neighborhood. It was quiet, the other guests were hardly seen and never heard. Host was very organized and communicative. Check in was super easy and secure. Bed was very comfortable! Thank you 😌»

«The unit was beautiful and clean, with easy/clear instructions on how to get in. I got there early thinking I had early check in and my codes weren’t working, I mistakenly did not add it to my trip but within a few minutes I had someone on the phone and in person to help me get into my unit. Very responsive and helpful I would stay again. Only problem was the tricky parking situation which isn’t the property’s fault. You have to pay for parking anytime on street or in lots from 6-10pm»
