«Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. «This inn is a beautifully located, wonderfully quiet and restful location near North Beach, 1 mile away from the shops and restaurants of Eastsound. The Goldfinch Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts are out of this world! Hostess Jill was lovely and very helpful with everything. Highly recommended!»

«Claudia is an amazing host!! She works so hard to bake breakfast and desserts from scratch for the guests to enjoy. There were always fruits available to snack on at all times which was nice. Everything was super clean!! Loved the quiet feel of the Trumpeter as it is about 10 min away from the chatter of the downtown Friday Harbor. Our favorite parts were feeding the goats and alpacas in the mornings and using the complimentary bikes to explore the island.»

«HH owners (Sandy and Ted) were very welcoming and kind. The room was well maintained and comfortable. We stayed in Black Bear which opened onto a patio with table and chairs and an adjacent lawn with adirondack chairs overlooking the Wenatchee River. It was so relaxing to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the deer nibble on the neighbor's raspberry bushes.»
