The Space:

The bright 32 m² flat can accommodate 4 people. It will be a perfect accommodation for families with children or groups of friends wishing to visit the capital and all its major attractions. The decor of the flat has been designed in cheerful, bright colours which will make our guests feel great. Stylish furniture and accessories will make your stay here truly enjoyable and successful. The flat consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a modern TV, a chest of drawers and a coffee table. WIFI internet access has also been provided. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and fresh linen for our guests. The kitchenette is equipped with all the utensils necessary for preparing meals and a table with chairs where you can eat comfortably. In the bathroom, a shower cubicle, hairdryer, washing machine and guest towels are available. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee and have a nice start to the new day. The flat also comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in the elegant and modern district of Wilanów, at Oś Królewska 28A. This is an extremely fast developing part of the capital, with extensive infrastructure and everything you need during your stay. A distance of 1.8 km separates it from the famous King John III Palace Museum with its impressive surrounding garden. It is well worth a visit to see the interiors and surroundings of the palace up close. Right next to it is also the picturesque Wilanów Lake. Only 150 metres from the flat you will find the nearest eating places, such as Starbucks café, Mamma Mia restaurant or ORZO Wilanów. Each of our guests will find a tasty meal here, perfect for them. Thanks to the nearby public transport stops (270 m), you can easily move around the whole of Warsaw. The neighbourhood is well connected to all parts of the city. In about 30 minutes you can reach the centre, where you will find the Palace of Culture and Science and the railway station Warszawa Centralna. Grocery shops near the flat such as Lidl (550 m) and Biedronka (750 m) will allow you to stock up on all the necessary products during your stay. The location has all the necessary amenities and will be a great place to spend your holiday in Warsaw.
