«Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. The location was disappointing as we pulled up to the hotel gates in a housing estate (our expectation was a countryside hotel). «Room was tidy and clean but bathroom door wouldn’t shut and shower door cannot be closed completely. Shower head was not secured properly.There was not enough towels or toilet rolls. The hotel didn’t supply fresh drinking water. Parking was very difficult to find a slot. Contact number given on website was never answered despite calls to update plan a week advance about arrival time but they replied by message on Expedia. Overall 2/5 rating..»

«What a gorgeous setting for a lovely long weekend away in a beautiful part of the world. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the grounds impeccably maintained, resulting in a perfect family reunion weekend involving picnics in the gardens, meals in the restaurants and restful sleeps. Highly recommend and we already want to return!»

«We booked a studio and were pleased with the accommodation. The hotel is situated on St Brides Hill within walking distance of the town and beach. Parking is plentiful . There is a garden with chairs and tables, an internal lounge, billiard table and indoor pool. Our accommodation was on the second floor : two flights of stairs with good handrails . Owing to the steep hill the hotel may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.»
