«It might have had a lick of paint since most of the online photos were taken, but it doesn't look as though its been cleaned much since then. Very dusty and dirty in both the rooms and the bathroom. With regards to cleaning, i'd say the bare minimum has been done. You can usually tell from the corners of the room and especially the cupboard, which was quite dirty and could have been in the same condition since any renovations. Musty smell throughout too. «Arrived at the property after travelling for over 2 hours for a 2 night stay, there was a sign on the desk stating the boiler had broken and there was no hot water. They had known about this for over 24 hours and had not got in touch so we could make alternate arrangements. Due to this we, and the late notice we could not find anywhere else. They also stated they could not give us a refund and this would have to be done through Expedia so we would not of had the money to stay somewhere else ...
