«5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb.
Room was ok...
Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat.
For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs.
Evening meal and breakfast were excellent. ...

«The room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The pub below is a bit noisy at night and can go quite late but was ok with ear plugs. There were also different addresses on the listing and I couldn’t reach the host to confirm, but thankfully there is only 1 pub in the village so I was able to confirm the address through emailing the pub directly and they responded very quickly via email.Just a couple minutes drive from the coast - it’s such a beautiful area!»
