«So the rental is located in Sebastian as you know, it’s a fun place with a beautiful clean ocean, lots of restaurants, and you never know what’s gonna happen at under the oaks park all winter. Garden fest .clam festival. Orchid shows. Good surf. Good fishing. So staying here at the rental is a great complement all that fun .super nice and helpful Homeowner.»

«We loved the place! Good location, we had easy access to all activities we had to do that week (beaches, baseball, shopping), a lot of small attentions to the guests (ex: access to beach accessories). Check-in was simple and easy, and the owners were available if needed. Our teen age son joined us for the end of our stay (using the bed-couch), but for most of the week we were there as a couple. Casita was very cute, cozy, comfy, and quiet. We loved our stay ☺️.»

«I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend!»

«The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!»

«This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches.
