«The staff was wonderful, very kind, and helpful. The ambiance and location were great. We stayed in a tent which was lovely in many ways, but there was a dog that stayed there before us and the floors had so much dog hair and even a huge ball of human hair. It appeared that they completely forgot to clean the floors. We let them know and they came and cleaned, rugs were vacuumed but hair just was moved around, still had clumps of fur and hair in multiple places it was really gross. It was ...
