«King room was satisfactory, as was complimentary breakfast. Coffee maker uses their proprietary coffee pouches and is very small and was unable to use my own coffee geounds. A stabilizer bar in bathtub was completely loose and if someone needed it there could be an accident. Conveniently located near airport and retail. Overall satisfied but some tweaks by Baymont would earn another star. Staff was great.»

«Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different.»

«Staff was super friendly. Our room was clean, the hallway smelt nice. Even tho the pool is in the middle of the hotel, it doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Breakfast was okay, sausage was burnt on one side and eggs were watery but I have had worse at other places. Overall the hotel was great, super clean and very quiet.»

«The hotel and room was extremely clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. My only complaints are design flaws and not management issues...the room seemed small and the furniture had no to little surface space to place items on. The charging cables were maddeningly short. Oh and we brought our dog along. We booked with Expedia which told us there would be a fee at check in but it didn't mention what that would be. Other hotels in the area charged $25.00 per night mostly. Imagine our ...
