The room was clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were terribly broke down and lumpy. Main reasons for booking this hotel were for the restaurants,bar,pool,hot tub, coffee/ wine shop and spa. Main restaurant was closed for renovation, temp. small menu restaurant/bar was closed for private party. Coffee & wine tasting place was closed when we arrived on Friday. We were told if we wanted anything from the convenience store part of it that they could call someone to unlock the door. Pool and hot tub would've been nice if the hottub was in working order and they both needed cleaned big time! Mold around edges of hot tub, walls slimy and dirt/ debris floating on bottom. Pool towels were very worn and thin. Went to check out the spa and was at the desk wanting to ask a few questions and book an appt. The receptionist handed me a pamphlet and asked me to step a side so she could check out customers that walked up behind me. After waiting for her to help 3 other people behind me I walked out. Checkout is 11am. At 9:30am and again at 10am housekeeping opened the door without knocking. Thankfully they could only open the door a few inches because of the door stop at top of door. I gave an okay on the review only because rooms were clean and nice.
