«The condo is in a great location with an excellent view of the ocean. The condo itself is needs updating. The bed was not very comfortable and has a foam mattress topper that is way too soft plus the sheets do not fit, constantly coming off. »

«This VRBO was clean and Peter was a responsive and kind host. It was nice that the resort included towels, beach chairs and umbrellas that you could rent (though I did not notice the resort fee until I read the arrival instructions). Unfortunately, there were no curtains and the property was on ground level so it meant that if you wanted privacy you had to close the blackout shades completely, but otherwise it was a nice stay.»

«Gorgeous views — more impressive than the photos. Excellent location. Can walk 5-8 minutes down the hill to a very quiet and dreamy beach. The room itself, as others have noted, could use some upgrades. Lots of scuffs along walls and baseboards, lumpy pillows, wobbly end tables, mid-range amenities (towels, soaps, etc.). «This was a great space to have while on Kauai. Close to so much, right across the street from the athletic club, whose pool was clutch with our 4 year old! We loved being on the ground floor to just walk right out on the grass. The AC was helpful just to shut out the noise of the roosters at 3am but other than that, it wasn’t needed it was nice and cool with fresh air flowing through. Jill was a wonderful host and we would certainly rent from her again! Mahalo Jill!»
