«The staff was very friendly, and we really liked the breakfast. The only problem we had was that the TV was not working, just kept buffering. And there was no regular coffee for the coffee maker in the room, just decaf.»

«The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. «Highly recommend Craftsman Inn when staying in the Syracuse area. Rooms were clean and comfy and felt recently renovated. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The restaurant/bar on site was a great place to watch a game. Fayetteville is a really nice town which if close to Green Lakes state park and numerous golf courses.»
