However, the AC in our room was not working well...it "worked" but we had to have it at 61 F to have the room "cool" it was not cold at all as we should be freezing if it was really 61 F but all the rooms were booked so we couldn't change rooms and its always a pain to change rooms, the sink faucet handle was broken so if you lifted it too hard it came off lol, and the desk chair was ...

«Though the resort was beautiful and clean, things we wish we were told at check in; the $10 a day credit, activity list, the service side of the do not disturb door sign (would think house keeping would be automatic unless not requested) $30 resort fee plus taxes each day!!!! Things that could be improved; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day, a continental breakfast. Housing keeping making sure to replace cups and coffee, and leaving only one cookie?!?!»

«Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area.
