«Priced accordingly. Everything inside is clean and reasonable. There are no pictures of the outside because it is a bit messy and not inviting. Also parking is on the street. Listing says there is parking available…. But it’s out on the street so hopefully there is room close by and you are decent at parallel parking. Could make loading/unloading an issue if you have more than a bag to carry. Street noise could be a concern if you plan on sleeping in. Not unhappy for the price and because the ...

«Property closely matched the description and was in a central location. From there it was downhill for our family. First, the locking mechanism malfunctioned leaving us locked out of the unit and scrambling to contact the host on more than one occasion. Second, the initial communication was child friendly then we were accosted for noise made by the toddler running around during the day. The host lives below the unit and our toddler played like he does normally in our single family detached home. ...

«Wow, this place was perfect! The location was an excellent place for us to have our weekend base camp. We were able to quickly travel to Sloan’s Lake, Casa Bonita, and Mile High. This venue was spacious, stylish, and generous. When we arrived, the place was set up to receive us with open arms. It was able to house my entire family. The hot tub on the roof top made us feel like we were living the high life. Also, the host was the kindest, most accommodating I have ever had through Vrbo. I cannot ...

«The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter ...

13. Spacious home in Lakewood near downtown Denver

South Alameda

«Property was very clean. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and visit. Some of the lights had no light bulbs in them. The bedroom upstairs only had nightstand lamps, no overhead light, just a ceiling fan. When we arrived, the door to the downstairs rooms that has a lock box to enter but it was slightly opened and damaged. We tried to send pics of damage, but was unsuccessful. Overall review, 9 out of 10........»

«Overall, this was a very good experience. The only thing that would have been better with the VRBO is if there were a bathroom (even a 1/2 bath) on the first floor. My wife does not like stairs but needed to go up and down more time than she would have if there were a lower-level bathroom. This is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to the events we were going to. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Enough kitchen supplies. The bath towels were bigger than many ...
