The 2 bedrooms each have large windows allowing for lots of natural light into the room. One of the areas has a desk with bar stools available for anyone who needs to work or study.
Perfect space that sleeps comfortably 2 guest on each room and 2 guest on the living room sofa couch bed.

Please remember this home has two units, each has separate access.
For your convenience, you unit is the upstairs unit, each unit is totally locked off and private, with their own separate entrances, each unit has it’s own laundry room, A/C, kitchen, and the only shared space is the back deck.
Although generally quiet, you will hear footsteps and talking as they move around their unit.

Self Check In:. There is a keyless entry to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

You will have access to the front yard and front porch.
2 car off-street parking in a charming and safe community
You will have access to a shared backyard complete with various yard games and outside furniture.
You will have your private laundry room in unit, allowing you to clean your clothes while you travel.
You will have private access to your unit with a private kitchen, a/c unit, living room, laundry room, private bathroom and 2 bedrooms.


Other things to note
We respectfully request you do not smoke inside the home. The shared back deck and patio is a great area for you to smoke. Please be sure whatever you are smoking is put out completely before putting in the trash receptacle so there are no fire concerns.
