«Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. «The space was not clean when we arrived, more specifically the shower had hair all over it. It's a decent amount of space. I really liked that there were two full bathrooms. The location is great and the host communicated in a reasonable amount of time. There are multiple rented spaces in the house which removed any sense of privacy. There are better rentals in the area with similar pieces.»

"Greie rom, trenger en oppgradering. Dårlig frokost, både når det gjelder ryddighet og utvalg. Bordene var «klissete» og dårlig vasket. Er vant med amerikansk versjon av hotell-frokost, men forventer at de i det minste har syltetøy til vaflene de serverer og at det er nok bestikk gjennom hele frokosten, spesielt siden de bruker engangsbestikk. Parkeringsmulighetene var bra og personalet i resepsjonen hyggelig."
