«The property was nice and clean and had fantastic views from the patio, with a really nice swing. The 2nd bedroom is a hideaway bed. The kitchen facilities consist of a dry bar, small fridge and microwave so plan on eating out most of the time. The hosts are on site along with their dogs so occasional encounters with them are likely. All in all, a quaint little spot to stay with a porch you can hang out on and enjoy the Colorado air.»

«Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. There were many asethetic things that were missing the mark. Ie. Stains on carpet, broken furniture, non maintained yard, etc. Overall it was okay for one nights stay but wouldn't want to stay longer. »

«Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. «Super super cute place. It’s fun to just walk around and look at everything on the wall then get a good laugh. The house had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the main street you can smoke weed in the house. Doesn’t get better than that! And our there dogs absolutely enjoyed it as well.»

«Both the property and neighborhood were so lively, and it’s just a couple minutes down from Old Colorado City. It’s in an amazing spot surrounded by plenty of things to do without having to travel too far. The owner and her husband were extremely kind to us and if we had any questions they were more than happy to help us. The house in itself was amazingly kept and they provided basic necessities and more for us, the beds couldn’t be more comfortable either.»
