«With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.»

«Street level apartment in a great location within walking distance of Marais and neighboring attractions. The street is generally not busy but you will easily hear street noise if that is a concern. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for laundry and showers. Only disadvantage some noise from the street in the weekend from bar/ party people, worst in the bedroom near the street. But overall great value for money and will definitely be coming back. »

«No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend.»
