Residence Fragole Apartment Venice - Very close to the airport

Cosy, comfortable second-floor apartment in a handy location: just a 15-minute bus ride from the historic centre of Venice, and 10 minutes from the airport.

The house is arranged as follows:
Spacious entrance hall with a shoe rack for guests

Bright living room with a spacious sofa, smart TV and large terrace
Two bedrooms that can accommodate four guests, one with a private balcony

Within 100 metres of the flat, you can find all essential services, including a grocery store, bakery, butcher’s, tobacconist and a pizzeria.

THE SPACE
The entrance hall contains a shoe rack, so you can store your shoes conveniently, and a powerful air-conditioning system that cools the whole house.

One bedroom contains a spacious double bed, and the other two comfortable single beds: the perfect place for a peaceful night’s rest after a busy day in Venice.

The real highlight of the house is the living room, which boasts an elegant, comfortable sofa with enough room for four people, a smart 43" 4K TV pre-installed with Netflix, a subwoofer to listen to your favourite tunes and a spacious terrace that’s very handy for smokers. It’s an ideal place to relax and enjoy good times with friends.

The kitchen is very bright and fully equipped to cook anything you like. There’s a microwave toaster, kettle and coffee machine with capsules provided for guests. There's also a 32" smart TV so you can watch your favourite programmes while you enjoy your meals.

In the small but comfortable bathroom, you can find all necessary facilities plus a washer-dryer where you can wash and dry your clothes at the same time.

Every little detail of the house is taken care of. You can find everything you need to clean the house, as well as an iron and wi-fi.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is located in a neighbourhood situated on the Venetian mainland, in front of the breathtaking lagoon and very close to the historic city centre. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, even at night.

You can find bus stops practically outside the front door which connect the house with Venice until late at night, as well as a bus line that goes to Jesolo.

Nearby, you’ll find a tobacconist's where you can buy bus tickets, a greengrocer's, a pastry shop, a grocery store and a pizzeria.

There’s also a Lidl supermarket just a 5 minute bus journey from the house.


GETTING AROUND
The house is located in a neighbourhood situated very close to the city centre, with connections throughout the day.

Just down the road, you’ll find stops for bus 19, which will take you directly to Venice every 20 minutes, and bus 9, which goes to the centre of Mestre every 30 minutes.

About 500 metres from the apartment, you’ll find a stop for bus 5, which will take you from the airport to Venice every 15 minutes until late at night, as well as a stop for an intercity line to Jesolo.
Inside the house, you’ll find a little guidebook containing all the information you need about local bus and taxi services.

GUEST ACCESS
Thanks to the house’s self check-in device, you can check in, pay the tourist tax and access to the apartment independently using instructions that you will receive in an email that will be sent directly to your mobile phone once you have made your booking!

By following the instructions in your self check-in email, you can enter your personal details, upload the documents required by local police and pay the tourist tax yourself.

Once you have checked in online, you can relax! You’ll receive an email confirming your check-in the day before your arrival, which will contain instructions explaining how to get into the house.

The automatic access device is very simple and intuitive to use. Nevertheless, if you have any problems, I will be glad to help you!

You can access the flat from 3pm onwards, and check-out is at 10am.

Free parking is available for guests behind the apartment building and also in front of it, where there is space for several cars.
