«I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips.»

«Our family had an awesome vacation at this location! It was a very short walk to the beach and had all the amenities that we needed. It was very clean and had new appliances. The beds very comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed. We have no complaints!»

«When we arrived our place wasn’t ready. There was a mix-up with dates. When we contacted the property manager he was quick to apologize for the inconvenience and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Location is close to most things we wanted to do in Venice area. Within a half hour of most beaches, close to shopping areas and main highway. Quiet neighborhood. The only complaint we would have is storage. When you are staying for more than a ...

«Place is fine. Good parking. Bed is small and bathroom is super small. But it was fine for a 2 night stay. Walking distance to the beach and nice pool. Not understanding all the cleaning fees when we have to do a lot of it ourselves. There were dust bunnies under the bed.»

«We werent sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was just oerfect for the two of us. My husband enjoyed the wicker love seat on the front porch area. Nice location. Not far from the Venice Beach area. There was also a nuce little resraurant within walking distance. We will definitly come back. Very reasonably priced. «Venice Villas was the perfect place for our vacation! The unit was clean & exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The private beach was close by & very quiet. We almost had the beach to ourselves! The pool was huge & nice to swim morning laps in. Check in was a breeze & the property manager was helpful & easy to communicate with.
