«I brought my family here for a special trip: it was the first time we had all travelled together, and I wanted them to feel special and cared for, so I did meticulous research into finding the best hotel in Victoria for us to stay at and landed on this one. What sold it to me was the view of the water from the rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and being able to see the government buildings across the water and watching the seaplanes take off and land.

«This is a fraudulent listing. When we called to check-in the phone was answered by an intoxicated person who refused out stay. VRBO provided us no ability to cancel or return our funds. From my conversation with the intoxicated person they are a tenant that is renting the home illegally.»
