«Oak Bay Beach Hotel is a bit of a gem. The property is gorgeous, the mineral pools are amazing, the food was great and the overall vibe is exactly what you want for a getaway.
The staff were also a standout. Alejandria by the pool in the evenings was fantastic, and the two guys who helped us with our luggage and bikes were so friendly and helpful. Service like that never goes unnoticed.
Housekeeping was the one odd part of our stay. Our room was missed one day, so I called to have it serviced. ...

«I stayed at Poets Cove back in 2023 and now again in 2026. This time I stayed in one of the villas for only one night. Unfortunately the cleaning services provided were poor, I found used soap on the floor of the powder room. There was hair and shampoo stains in one of the bathrooms and the shower curtains were also stained. Housekeeping is not provided if you are staying there for longer.
However kitchen set up was nice, it had all the cookware and utensils and they even provided dish pods. ...
