Guests have full access to the loft. Shared access includes the secure gated courtyard with gazebo, BBQ, and seating areas—an inviting community space to relax outdoors.
Other things to note
We are located in the heart of historic Gastown, one of Vancouver's most iconic and must-visit neighborhoods. Like many vibrant downtown areas, you may encounter street activity, homelessness, and individuals facing challenges with addiction. The loft is in a secure, gated building with 24/7 security and consistent police presence in the area. For the best experience, we recommend heading north/west toward Water Street when exploring, this route takes you to the waterfront skytrain station, top dining, and shopping while minimizing exposure to more challenging areas. You'll have authentic urban living with walkability and direct access to Vancouver's best culture all right outside your door.

Getting Around:

No car needed! Gastown is highly walkable with excellent public transit access. We recommend exploring by bicycle or scooter 🚴‍♀️🛴. The waterfront seawall and city bike lanes make it easy and fun to get around Vancouver.
