The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, being close to London Bridge Station. We were a group of five friends travelling together, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed, which unfortunately wasn’t very comfortable. The other beds could also have been better.
The layout of the room was a little strange, with the bathroom located directly in front of the bed. The bathroom also had a sliding door, so there wasn’t much privacy and we could hear each other using the bathroom.
Nevertheless, we had a nice stay overall and appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff.
